Move Ideas Forward
The final phase of the innovation journey involves moving from experimenting and learning to executing and expanding. It’s an important switch to flip, because, remember, innovation is something different that creates value. If you have found a compelling solution to an important problem and have addressed all of the critical uncertainties, of course you want to create as much value as possible! This is when it is critical to be empowered, as it is too easy for an idea to languish, strangled by the institutionalized inertia that results from the shadow strategy.
