Some Quick and Easy Evaluation Tools

In a face-to-face meeting with access to a flip chart or in a teleconference with access to an online whiteboard, place a plus (+) sign at the top of the left column and a delta (^) at the top of the right column. Explain that under the plus column we will list positive aspects of the meeting, while under the delta column we will list aspects that should be changed. Then encourage meeting participants to simply throw out ideas for each list. If time permits, summarize the key conclusions.
