Brainstorming

In a face-to-face meeting with access to a flip chart or in a teleconference with access to an online whiteboard, place a plus (+) sign at the top of the left column and a delta (^) at the top of the right column. Then encourage meeting participants to simply throw out ideas for each list. If time permits, summarize the key conclusions.
