A Handbook for the Company

So perhaps at this point you’ve made good progress within your team, and you’ve got the beginnings of your handbook in regular use, albeit with a little prodding required from time to time. Perhaps there are a couple of other teams that are putting together their own handbooks, and you’re seeing the first few links appear among the information written in them. That’s great. But what does it take for this to become something that the whole company buys in to? That’s a lot harder than just writing some documentation for your team. It needs to become a cultural movement. This takes time and leadership.
