With its automatic filter functions, Outlook does some of the email processing for you. For example, you need the Movie Newsletter when you want to select a movie to watch—not on Thursday morning, when it arrives in your inbox and you have something else to do. By using the correct rule, you can make sure it gets automatically moved into the appropriate folder as soon as it arrives. You no longer need to move it manually, and you don’t see it unless you feel like going to the movie theater and you open your Private events/Movie news folder.
