How to Plan Your Week with Outlook

With these basics, it’s now easy to create a rough weekly plan in Outlook, from which we will build more granular daily plans in the next chapter.

When exactly you sit down to plan your week depends on your personal taste and work rhythm or your work environment. Some people have a bit of quiet time in the office on Monday mornings and find it easy to take this time to plan the upcoming week right at the beginning of it; others may prefer to take care of the weekly planning on Friday afternoon the week before, or at noon on Saturday from home (and maybe take this opportunity to plan the week together with their partner).
