Build time blocks to pool similar tasks, and process them in a concentrated fashion in a single stretch (see the sidebar What Is a Block? in Chapter 1). Learn to estimate the actual time requirement of a specific task correctly—many people try to rely on their intuition and come up with unrealistic values.
