ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Noel Williams has held licenses as a master electrician in Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming for over 30 years. He is certified as an Electrical Inspector by the International Code Council (ICC) and International Association of Electrical Inspectors (IAEI) and has supervised and managed electrical construction projects for over 25 years. For over 10 years, he was chairman of the Electricians’ Licensing Board for the state of Utah and is a former chairman of the National Electrical Code® (NEC®) Advisory Committee for the Utah Uniform Building Code Commission.
