To embrace the ambiguity of a postpandemic world, the seventh essential skill to develop is to manage stress and anxiety. Living and working through the COVID-19 global pandemic provided a year’s worth of successive traumas. Mental health, already a national concern, rose in prominence as millions of people struggled to deal with the limitations, restrictions, and realities of living through a global pandemic.
