Abstract
The Internet of Things (IoT) diversifies the Internet of the future and has attracted considerable attention. Securing IoT-enabled devices for communication is a vital concern that aids in securing them, and IoT device security is crucial. Privacy concerns are increasing as more articles transfer confidential and sensitive information. The challenges of the massive, unreliable, and ubiquitous computing environment are examined in this study by listing IoT communication scenarios. This chapter also covers the topics of privacy and security, their fundamental requirements, potential hazards, and defense mechanisms against these risks. The chapter also discusses many IoT safety issues at various levels. A thorough analysis of security breaches will enable users to experience confidentiality, security, and reliability by notifying them.
