Smash! I was 10 years old watching an evening news segment on one of the first car crash tests from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). My fascination with cars, desire to help people, and dream career collided that evening, as I listened to a crash test expert describing how crash testing cars can protect drivers and passengers.
