Introduction
We’ll talk about an ideal concept document approach first, before acknowledging that the real world is usually a lot messier and that there is no simple, one-size-fits-all approach for developing concept documents. In the process, we’ll also discuss how our analyses and instructional design will intersect with the concept document, and how the concept document can operate as a sales tool for the project.
