Tips for High-Stakes Meetings and Board Retreats
Board retreats are high-value meetings. Although they may not be large (usually less than 25 people), they usually last one or two days and they require a large amount of planning, decisions, and work to do in a short amount of time.

She is a past president of her local chapter and she facilitates over 20 board retreats a year for other chapters around the world. During 2020, she needed to modify her board retreats so that many of them ran 100% virtual; some of them ran part face-to-face, part virtual. During this time, Tara used a variety of techniques.
