EFFECT OF AGING TEMPERATURE
The dependence of the catalytic activity of the beads on aging temperature is illus-
trated in Figure 14. From the figure, it is clear that increasing the aging temperature
resulted in increasing the activity in gradual way regardless the cross bonding decrease
of the amount of immobilized enzyme. This is takes us again to the combination be-
tween the pores size distribution and pores surface area. The best retention of activity
has been obtained with the highest aging temperature.
