Abstract:

Student feedback can be a powerful tool in improving the quality of learning and teaching in higher education. For course evaluation, students are generally required to provide feedback about an instructor/facilitator’s performance (student– teacher feedback), in this case on a rating scale questionnaire. Often such feedback only reflects student satisfaction instead of enhancing learning and teaching.
