Synchronous feedback: receiving feedback from international students

Abstract:

Student feedback is critical to the success of the learning and teaching strategy, and enables an institution to offer international students the facilities and support services they need to achieve their potential. This chapter examines how employing synchronous feedback creates a two-way communication between students and tutors, enabling them to give and receive feedback.
