Abstract

This chapter discusses how programme-level student feedback in social sciences is collected in a university-wide process aligned to internal quality assurance (QA) processes. The overall mechanism is designed to support continuous improvement in learning and teaching (T&L) practices and students’ experiences in their undergraduate studies.
