򐂰 Centralized security management of Siebel roles/responsibilities and
credentials in Access Manager. This provides the additional benefit of
simplifying security policy management, and is achieved by installing the
Access Manager security adapter for Siebel.
We implement the architecture in two steps. In the first step we install the Siebel
Web engine and define junctions in WebSEAL to protect access. Next we change
configuration of WebSEAL to support different levels of authentication.
Furthermore, Siebel has to be configured to accept user names provided by
WebSEAL in order to allow single sign-on as required. Details of how this is done
