9.1 Complexity
Complexity is a complex multiplicity of elements/relations among objects. There are two perspectives on studying complexity. One school considers that there currently exist no unified definitions of complexity; as such, complexity has various meanings. Despite this, however, in several scientific fields, complexity has a relatively defined meaning. Some of these disciplines include mathematics, information theory, systems science and engineering (SSE), and software engineering.
