We’ll begin with Figure 13-6 and License—a recognition of one’s ability to perform a specified set of Activity Specifications. This may be a Certificate that simply asserts one is qualified to perform specified activities (that is, Activity Specifications), or it may be an Other License (such as a Driver’s License) that actually grants permission to perform such activities. Each License must be issued by one Organization (or an authorized component of same).
