Summary

A Communication is a critically important kind of Activity in a company or government agency. In this chapter, we discussed primarily the kinds of Communication that are involved in interacting with potential and actual customers. The structures described, however can apply to any kind of Communication.

If Communication was the act of interacting between two or more Parties (both Persons and Organizations) then the characteristics and features of such Communications are specified in their respective Communication Procedures. If the former is a sub-type of Activity, then the latter is a sub-type of Activity Specification.
