Figure 18-9 finally links the Person and Organization part of the model to the Cases part of the model shown previously. In it, we see that Persons and Organizations play multiple roles in carrying out both Cases and Activities. Specifically, a Case Role is the fact that a particular Person or Organization has something to do with a Case. What that something might be is shown by the Case Role Type. That is, each Case Role must be played by one Party, for a Case, and it must be an example of one Case Role Type.
