Introduction to Entrepreneurship
Abstract
This chapter describes the entrepreneurship and entrepreneur concept in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) area. It is understandable that the entrepreneurial process starts with the entrepreneur himself/herself through a strict evaluation and personal development. The only limitation of each entrepreneur is the limit of own creativity. But the biggest reason that keeps the potential entrepreneurs away from success is fear, so we discuss several ways to overcome it. There is also a short chronological discussion of the entrepreneurship theories resuming as case study, the theory of Ibn Khaldun.
