Applying virtual reality technology in swimming teaching

ABSTRACT: Swimming is a special sport based on water as its particular playing environment. Compared with other land-based sports, it presents higher requirements to achieve high-quality teaching. Traditional swimming teaching is faced with many problems and difficulties, such as visual impairment in water, poor effect of demonstration on land, fuzzy definition of wrong movements, and failure to compare body movements.
