Laying the Groundwork

As always, it’s time to take a look at the document in its unstyled state and compare what we have to the project requirements.

What we have is a pretty simple form, and as with most forms on the Web, it’s been laid out with a table. We’re going to leave the table in place and use it to our advantage rather than try to re-create the table structure in some other convoluted way. With that in mind, let’s review the specific project requirements that have been handed to us from on high:
