Although this is the first book I've written, I've been a reviewer of technical books for a number of years. As a voracious reader and knowledge consumer, I thought it was the best way to help authors while obtaining knowledge in advance of publication. At the same time, it made me aware of the reviewer's role, and therefore I'd like to say a special thanks to my reviewers. Without them, this book wouldn't be nearly as good.
