A. Things to Know

        •  Managers can’t be expected to say yes all the time. It is in the nature of things for them to say no to certain matters such as requests and suggestions.

        •  Saying no requires that a manager possesses the courage to do what he/she believes to be right. There is no need for a manager to have guilt feelings when saying no when it makes sense to do so.
