Inari was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Draper, Utah. Inari (formerly Intelogis) is a leading developer of powerline networking technologies. The company's core technology, which transmits high-speed digital signals over existing AC electrical wiring, was developed by its engineers while the company was part of Novell's Embedded Systems Technology (NEST) division.
