In our journey exploring ethics in IT outsourcing, we started with a look at our history, then academic research that specified three levels of ethical decision making: the macro (society), molar (corporate) and micro (personal). In particular, we looked in detail at the kind of fundamental change an empowered ethics PMO and empowered chief ethics officer (CETO) can effect.
