CHAPTER 4: THE EUROPRIVACY CERTIFICATION CRITERIA
Europrivacy has specified detailed lists of criteria, checks and controls – these lists are maintained by the ECCP (the scheme owner) and are provided to consulting companies and applicants in Excel and Word templates via the Europrivacy Community online forum.
The lists are also used by the certification bodies for assessing compliance, and each criteria, check and control must be documented by the applicant (with the consulting company’s help) with the evidence to demonstrate compliance fully documented.
