Here are some simple ways you can improve the level 1 evaluation process and its results:
Consider the novelty of e-learning. E-learning is new. Learners may find it strange and unfamiliar. Their responses may not accurately predict the long-term potential of your efforts. Before evaluating e-learning, make sure that all learners surveyed have the basic e-learning and computer skills necessary to benefit from the course. And, expect a high dropout rate for early courses.
Analyze data to gain insights. Use response data to pinpoint problem areas in your courses. Monitor when and where learners give up. Try to figure out why learners quit.
