Trainees loved your training, they learned everything you presented, and they are applying everything they learned. Yet management seems skeptical-about funding additional programs. The costs of providing training were high, and questions remain about whether the organization is any better off because of your training. How can you demonstrate that training is indeed a good business investment?

A level 4 evaluation may be the answer. Level 4 evaluations measure the business results of learning. They help you answer such questions as these:
