Reasons to Evaluate Business Results

The business results of training are extremely difficult and expensive to measure precisely. Substantial business results take so long to achieve and depend on so many factors that attributing business results to a single training effort can prove time-consuming, difficult, and frustrating. No wonder that level 4 evaluations are seldom undertaken.
