The Need to Weed: Making Room for New Growth to Flourish

I can't tell you how many times my husband and I have stood in front of our garden, arguing over whether a thriving plant is a weed, or something we actually planted. Weeds often look like plantings to the untrained eye. The same is true in organizations. You've got employees passing as workers, although they are adding little in terms of value to the organization.
