Put your Belonging Plan into action

So, you have your plan and you have commitment from the leadership team. Now, it is time to start making change happen and, with this in mind, this chapter will help you to:

  • understand how implementing the change will differ from traditional programmes
  • create a team who will be the ‘hub’ of the community
  • share the plan with the wider organisation
  • assess where in the employee lifecycle there are opportunities for processes and practices to embed belonging
  • consider and mitigate attitudes that could impact engagement
