Raspberry Red Sorbet

Makes 6 cups

3 cups water

3/4 cup sugar

6 cups fresh/frozen raspberries, plus extra fresh raspberries for topping

1/4 cup raspberry jam

1. Combine water and sugar in saucepan. Bring to boil; simmer until sugar has dissolved. Add fresh or frozen raspberries.

2. Once mixture has cooled, purée in food processor or blender. Add raspberry jam and blend until mixed.
