Office 365 provides a large number of reports that allow organizations to determine exactly how subscribed users are using the service. There are many ways that you can monitor Office 365, from using the built-in reporting functionality to deploying a special Office 365 Management Pack for System Center 2012 R2 Operations Manager. Finally, Microsoft provides a number of different tools that you can use to troubleshoot Office 365 should it, or specific Office 365 functionality, become unavailable.
