Monitor and back up Azure resources
As you begin to deploy services into your Azure subscriptions, you need to decide how the environment will be monitored. To do so, you must think about all the services in your deployment. You will most likely have several services deployed, including Infrastructure-as-a-Service services (for example, virtual machines), which include compute, storage, and networking. And even without services deployed today, over time, you might have Platform-as-a-Service services for hosting applications. You will also be using the services that drive your virtual machines in more meaningful ways, such as implementing advanced configurations in Azure Storage and Azure Identity.
