The Power BI service has many features designed for collaboration and sharing the results of your work with others in a secure way. It also allows you to keep data in your reports up to date efficiently.

In this chapter, we first review the skills necessary to refresh datasets on a periodic basis and how to do so incrementally. We also describe the various ways in which datasets can be secured, which includes segregating access to different parts of the dataset for different groups of people.
