Saving or Printing Documents in Office Web Apps
As you work in an Office document in a web browser, an Office Web App automatically saves your work, so you don’t have to do it. However, you might want to download a version to your local computer or network location as a backup or save a copy (in the Excel Web App) of a document in the original location with a different name. Besides saving an Office document, you can also print it to a printer (in the Excel Web App) or create a printable PDF (in the Word Web App and PowerPoint Web App).
