Appendix C: Example Level 2 Procedures

GENERAL COMMENTS

The intent of Appendix C is not to spell out the details of all Level 2 requirements for any specific company, but rather to illustrate by example the idea of what should be the heart of this level of documentation. No claims are made for completeness with regard to the needs of any specific company.

As indicated in Chapter 3, the first step in the construction of Level 2 procedures should be the identification of the key processes for the company. These of course may be different from the list of processes used in this book; the guiding certainty is that the list must be able to encompass the scope of regulations and standards applicable to the company.
