Step 2: Identify Stakeholders
STAKEHOLDERS ARE THE KEY parties who will be affected by your innovation. They can facilitate the successful execution of your vision—or they can sabotage it. As you develop your idea, be sure to consider their needs and address their concerns.
While you may not communicate with all your stakeholders at the outset of your project, you should be aware of them so you can address their needs during your planning stage. Later in the process, you’ll seek their support. The work you do now will help you influence them later.
