Pfizer 10-k Disclosures, 2012

Pfizer, Inc., is a large biopharmaceutical manufacturer and a member of the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DOW). With a market capitalization about $200 billion, it is one of America’s largest corporations. Pfizer’s financial disclosures for fiscal year 2012 will be used (based on the 2012 10-K) to present the extensive disclosures required by public corporations for both compensation and retirement reporting.
