Create an Oracle Client Wallet
There is a standard way for obfuscating/encrypting passwords stored on the client computer that is provided in the Oracle client. It is called the secure external password store, but it is better known as the wallet. Because wallets can be used on both the server and the client, we should call this the client wallet.
