As a child, I was very active and restless. I always needed new toys to keep myself engaged. When I got a toy, the first thing I would do is break it apart, to learn its mechanism. The next step would be to put it back together. Initially I failed miserably, and my parents would get mad at me.

They would not give me new toys as I broke them on the very first day. But as I was also good at studies, I would get rewarded with toys, when I got good grades. Eventually, I became a pro in deconstructing and rebuilding toys.

This habit of tinkering with toys made me the mechanic of my house. I could fix whatever broke down at my home--from a TV and VCR to refrigerators. Specialized tasks, of course, ...
