Part 4. Advanced Ext
The goal of this part is to take you up to the level of the Ext JS experts, where we’ll take on the many ways to empower our applications with drag and drop. We’ll also tackle how to extend Ext JS by creating extensions and plug-ins.
Chapter 13 is the introduction to the world of drag and drop with the framework, where we’ll peek under the hood and learn about the various classes that make this user interaction possible. Along the way, we’ll implement simple drag and drop with generic HTML divs.
Chapter 14 will springboard from chapter 13, as you learn how to implement drag and drop with the DataView, GridPanel, and TreePanel widgets.
