Meta parameters are general-purpose parameters available to any resource type, even if not explicitly defined. They can be used for different purposes:
audit(audit the changes done on the attributes of a resource),
noop(do not apply any real change for a resource),
schedule(apply the resources only within a given time schedule), and
loglevel(manage the log verbosity)
