Effect of external quality agencies on universities in India
With massification of higher education worldwide, there is increased emphasis on quality assurance by external quality agencies, though the concept of quality remains vague and relative. It can imply different things to different stakeholders, ranging from student–teacher ratio to the use of the latest technology and infrastructure.
