In-House Maintenance and Building Crews

Maintenance demands are created by the building just being there (like ultraviolet rays deteriorating roof membranes) and by the use of the building (such as students slamming locker doors). These demands can be met by contractors, by your own in-house crew, or by some combination of the two.
