During the interview interesting points came up as summarized here:

  • To be able to communicate with a customer, an email address and/or phone number is required for every customer (BR 24).
  • To be able to send tickets, the full address of a customer must be entered on reservation requests (BR 25). On the website, all address fields are mandatory (except address line 2, BR 26). Incompletely filled out forms are either completed after contacting the customer or cannot be processed and are discarded.
  • Other customers can also give their postal address if they register on the website or buy tickets at the box office.
