10 Remove barriers to rob workers of their right to be proud in customer service
management: There is a golden rule indicating that happy workers are more
committed to the company, and workers who feel more respected in the company
and “more proud of themselves’’ are happier. As such, in a fashion retailer, the
staff members should be given the chance to show off their talents, be respected
